1.A standard size doesn’t fit me well,I would like to place an order with custom sizing. How do I go about doing that and How to measure?
Please refer to picture displayed next to the main item images.And send me your measurements of bust,waist,hips,hollow to floor,height(top heat to feet) and length of shoe heel by E-mail.The wisdom and skill of expert seamstresses transform fine fabrics into haute couture designs.
2.Can I send you some pictures and you make the dress according to my pictures?
Please email us the front view,back view and detailed views of the dress,We’ll confirm it with our tailors and reply you within 12 hours.
3.How to maintain my dress?
Dry clean is recommended.You can also wash it in warm water and drip dry.No machine washing. Low iron if ruffly,please note that beads,sequins,diamonds and other metallic embellishment can NOT be ironed. Beads,sequins,diamonds and other metallic embellishment may fall off after your event,so for those dresses,we’ll send some back up beads together with the dresses. Dresses should be kept flat in wardrobes ,long time suspension will make dresses deformed.
4.How to return?
Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee.We’ll refund as soon as we receive your return(please do not use certified mail). Please print the return label and sent the dress back in its original condition in 16 days.We don’t accept return if it’s worn?dirty or broken.More details about return,please contact with us freely.

The dress for default order is floor length.If you want court train for your wedding dress,please choose “custom made” option to place order,and then leave your detail measurements and all any other request in the message box for order note.We will custom made your dress then.
The Tops of the dress is made of Beading and pearl with appliqued delicate lace.the puffy skirt is made of 6 layers of tulle which above the satin soft lining. so it will make it very puffy .if you want it more puffy, you can add an extra petticoat,we will leave enough room for it.So it is really a princess dress for you .
